Balcony smoking issues leading to unpleasant odors!!! Noise from nearby rooms permeates easily!!! A few updates to room fixtures could be considered!!!

I loved how we could easily walk to Long Sands Beach in less than a 5-minute walk, and the incredible Nubble Light was just a short trek away, making our weekend full of beautiful sights and memories. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler like me with its enclosed balcony for extra privacy.

comfortable but needs a little updating

The room's old-school vacationland charm took me back in time. I loved listening to the ocean from the balcony while relaxing in a really comfortable bed. The kitchenette was convenient, and the complimentary tote bag and water were a nice touch!

The overall decor felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing.

The bathroom needs a thorough update and there was a lack of additional bedding. The hotel itself is older, which is noticeable in some areas.

We stayed in a lovely King Room with Balcony, perfect for our family. The ocean view was breathtaking, and we had a memorable time visiting Cape Neddick Country Club, where my grandchild enjoyed the mini-golf. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

My kids wished the pool had longer hours for evening swims.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! We explored Cape Neddick Country Club and enjoyed the relaxing vibe at The Ledges Golf Club. The place offered a great ocean view, and it felt like we had all the space we needed. Super convenient access to the beach really made the trip special.

One downside was the condition of some towels. one was stained and didn't seem quite up to par given the price.

We enjoyed a romantic anniversary weekend in a charming room with stunning ocean views. The kitchenette was handy, and we loved our evenings on the private deck. Don't miss the local bakery nearby for breakfast – their pastries are fantastic! Bring comfortable shoes for beach walks!

A comfortable King Room with a private balcony offered nearly unobstructed ocean views that were simply beautiful. The customer service was exceptional from the moment of reservation to check-in, highlighted by a $6 breakfast voucher. The only drawback was the lack of a full-length mirror in the room, which would have been a nice touch.

Comfortable room, stunning ocean view.

It was just an excellent fit for a brief retreat in York with great value for the money. We were able to check in early at 10:30am, which was a nice surprise. If you want a good view, make sure to request a room on the South End of the motel.
